Soror Richard has become a cornerstone of our chapter’s engagement with National Service Programs. Her role as a liaison for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is a testament to her organizational leadership. She doesn’t just share information; she ensures that our chapter remains a vital, active partner in the fight against childhood cancer. By keeping the sisterhood informed and motivated, she turns national initiatives into local triumphs, ensuring our collective efforts make a tangible difference.

What sets Soror Richard apart is how she brings her kindness and big faith into her volunteer work. Every month, she can be found at the Manna Food Pantry, but her service goes far beyond the distribution of food and clothing. She practices "holistic care," meeting people exactly where they are—emotionally, spiritually, and practically. To her, service is about ensuring every individual feels seen, heard, and valued.

Within our sisterhood, Soror Richard is known for her "can-do" attitude and her ability to lead with quiet strength. She is a vital mentor to our youth affiliates, the Rhoers and Rhosebuds. A perfect example of her going above and beyond occurred during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, when she personally ensured that care packages reached those who needed them most, hand-delivering the items herself to guarantee a personal touch.
