November 2025 - Soror of the Month

The November 2025 Soror of the month is the fabulous Soror Shawne' Wilson.

Soror Wilson is a dedicated and dynamic leader who has spent the last four years pouring her time and talent into the upliftment of our youth programs. Since 2023, she has served with distinction as the Co-Advisor for the Lambda Omega Sigma Alumnae Chapter’s Rhoer Club, where she has been instrumental in shaping the next generation of young leaders.

With a professional background in management and a career rooted in the Lone Star College system, Soror Wilson brings a wealth of empirical experience to our organization. Her administrative expertise is perfectly balanced by her exceptional people skills and a welcoming, sisterly spirit that makes every Rhoer feel seen and valued. She is a mentor in the truest sense—patient, insightful, and deeply committed to the success of others.

Whether she is teaching the tenets of leadership, fellowship, and sisterhood or offering a word of encouragement to a fellow Soror, her dedication to the "Sigma family" shines through.
